  • Quotes: All estimates provided online or over the phone are preliminary. Final pricing is subject to an on-site inspection and detailed project evaluation.
  • Validity: Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: If hidden or unforeseen conditions (e.g., unmarked underground utilities, large rocks, or poor soil conditions) are discovered during the project that require additional labor or materials, we reserve the right to adjust the final price. We will communicate any such changes to you for approval before proceeding.

3. User and Client Responsibilities

To ensure we can provide our services safely and efficiently, clients agree to:

  • Provide clear and safe access to the property during scheduled service times.
  • Ensure that pets and children are kept away from active work zones.
  • Accurately identify property lines and ensure any private underground utilities (e.g., sprinkler systems, dog fences) are clearly marked prior to the start of any excavation or heavy work.
  • Obtain any necessary municipal permits or neighborhood association approvals required for the project, unless we have explicitly agreed to handle this on your behalf in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your specific service agreement or invoice. Generally, a deposit may be required to secure scheduling and materials for large projects, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as permitted by local law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the BH Landscaping website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BH Landscaping and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BH Landscaping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or our services.
